Launch OWCounterCompanion.exe and log in with your OWCOUNTER credentials
Open the OWCOUNTER website in your browser (second screen or mobile device)
Sign in to the website using the same credentials
Navigate to the dashboard page
In Overwatch 2, go to Options > Controls > Interface > Miscellaneous and check your screenshot hotkey
Set up an additional screenshot hotkey (e.g., Home or Page Up/Down) for smoother capture
During a match, press Tab to show the scoreboard and use the screenshot hotkey
View real-time insights on your dashboard
Due to an Overwatch 2 bug, the additional screenshot hotkey may occasionally stop working. If this happens, use Print Screen as a temporary solution or restart the game.
